On Feb. 28, 29 and March 1, nearly sold-out audiences were “Razzle Dazzled,” by the Northport High School production of Chicago.
This year’s leads, Meaghan Maher, Bella Donneruno, Shane McGlone and Luke Frisoli, were just a handful of the talented performers who inspired a standing ovation for all three performances. Cast and crew members described the experience as “amazing,” noting that the hours of rehearsal would fly by because they were having so much fun. Many said, “It was like a second family.”
The department, whether it was the tech crew, costume crew, lighting and sound crew, pit and production team made the show a great success.
“Under the guidance of the talented Northport High School musical theater advisors, the students really stepped up their game to make this one of Northport High School’s greatest shows to date,” Director of Fine and Performing Arts Izzet Mergen said. “We can’t wait to see what show they will be performing next. Congratulations and “All that Jazz!”
