The annual Huntington Arts Council’s “Nightmare on Main Street” exhibit returned this year, featuring student artwork from throughout Nassau and Suffolk County. Northport High School students Grace Shoonmaker and Colby Burns both had works selected for inclusion.

This year’s exhibit had a theme of the plague doctor, selected by artist and guest juror Lauren LaBella. Grace’s piece was titled “Infestation” while Colby’s was entitled “Plague.” Both works will remain on display at the Huntington Arts Council through November 15.

Grace, a sophomore, is a student in Ms. Driscoll’s class while Colby, a junior, is a student in Mr. DeRosa’s class.
