In a deliciously creative project, students in Ms. Mateyunas's Home and Careers class at East Northport Middle School recently dove into the world of culinary entrepreneurship by designing their own food trucks! 

Each student crafted a unique concept, complete with a catchy name, logo and a menu that reflected their culinary vision. To showcase their hard work, students brought in samples of the dishes they created at home, allowing everyone to experience the flavors of their imaginative food trucks. 

This hands-on project not only encouraged creativity and teamwork, but also helped students develop valuable skills in planning and presentation.
