Science and Engineering Expo and Honor Society Induction Bring STEM Highlights Together

Young scientists and engineers showed up their research, design and investigation skills during yesterday evening's K-12 Science & Engineering Expo! 

With students showcasing work from STEM Enrichment for All, BNL Elementary Science and Engineering Fair, MS VEX IQ Robotics, the Long Island Science Congress and NHS First Robotics, the show was truly a highlight of remarkable accomplishments!

Winners of our Science and Engineering Fair were able to present their projects which ranged from experimenting with sound waves to developing the "perfect headband."

In addition, a number of students were inducted into the Technology & Engineering Education Honor Society. Congratulations to John Baumgarth, Ian Frigiola, Michael Monda, Richard Bender, Ryan Gibson, Carter Mooers, Andrew Bernson, Michael Gorney, Jacob Newman, William Bligh, Lianna Greenstein, Hunter Rumpel, Evan Burke, Alyssa Howland, Finlay Ryan, Connor Burns, Christopher Jordan, Aidan Schafer, Nicholas Churaman, Ryan Kraus, Matthew Shutowich, Kyle Cubicciotti, Eduardo Lopez, Andrew Vasiliou, Michael DeChiaro, Ethan Makaw, Colin Vultaggio, Veronica Flick, and Anthony Meklaus.
